Grateful for a Lovely Stay!
flower arrangement special nibbles
It featured beautiful, tiny yellow roses climbing around the windows. I am very grateful. We found a lovely flower arrangement, champagne, and special nibbles upon our arrival. I was deeply touched. The staff provided professional service, which I appreciated.
During breakfast, I noticed a lack of replenishment at the buffet. I waited ten minutes for strawberries to be restocked, but it did not happen. The full English breakfast wasn't particularly excellent. The bacon was very fatty. The breakfast quality was not commensurate with the price paid, unfortunately.

underwhelming breakfast and garden upkeep
unbecoming breakfast rose garden
I was a bit frustrated with certain aspects of my stay. the breakfast was unbecoming of this hotel. there were few strawberries available at the buffet, and the waiter did not replenish them or provide updates after i asked. also, the gardens need attention. Bushes and trees need a good cut, and the rose garden near the brasserie has weeds.

spa facilities indoor pool top service milk request poor quality
The spa facilities were excellent. The indoor pool was relaxing and the outdoor pool was a nice addition (i particularly enjoyed the infra red room). The food at the Walled Garden restaurant was amazing and the service was top notch.
My room had no fridge for milk. I had to request milk for the room (which was a bit of a hassle). The breakfast quality was poor, especially the full english. The sausage was small and the bacon was very fatty.
